You are emailed a licence key. Keys are issued by hand at the moment, so allow a few hours rather than a few seconds. Enter it with Extensions → Gantt Chart for Sheets → Enter licence key. The key applies to your Google account, so you enter it once and it works in every spreadsheet you open.
